What are my shipping options?
We offer two thoughtful shipping methods:
  • Standard Stitcher’s Service ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch – ideal for time-sensitive projects
  • Thoughtful Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving in 15-25 business days – perfect for planned projects
All orders receive 1-2 days of careful preparation before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide, except to some Asian countries and remote regions where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package begins its journey. Click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) with your tracking number for real-time updates.
Why does my tracking show no movement for several days?
International shipments often go through customs processing, which may cause temporary delays without tracking updates. Most packages resume normal tracking within 3-5 business days. If your package seems stalled longer, please contact our crafting concierge.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

My needlework kit arrived with missing/damaged components. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email photos of the damaged/missing items to our crafting concierge with your order number. We’ll promptly ship replacements at no cost to you.
Can I exchange a product for a different color or style?
Absolutely! Within 15 days of delivery, you may exchange for any in-stock item of equal value. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
